93537 simple shipping estimator

This project is part 1 where we discuss and come to an agreement on what work is to be done for what price. Here's the background so you can have an idea of what we shall discuss.

My website needs a shipping estimator where the user enters their postcode and number of bottles of wine. I have some functions which return the shipping cost based on postcode and number of bottles. But these functions calculate the number of bottles based on the contents of a shopping cart. I want you to have a look at making a similar function that captures the number of bottles from the user instead. Even better you might want to make the estimator produce a table of rates based on the postcode. For example, have the number of bottles on the left hand side of the table and all the different shipping costs beside the number of bottles. Anyway, we can discuss a few options.
