Create reports about different web hosting services

I would like to hire a freelancer or two to search the internet for info about specific web hosting services, look thoroughly into their features, plans and offers, look around and read a bunch of real customers' reviews on the internet regarding these services' hosting plans, server up-time and customer support and prepare a detailed report of at least 1000 words. Certain points that must be covered in the reports will be laid out when discussing the project's details. A good command of English is required, so please do your best to demonstrate your language skills in your proposal. Also, freelancers with basic understanding of what web hosting is and differences between hosting plans are more likely to be hired, so if you have any background about web hosting, please try to demonstrate it in your proposal.

I will be asking for reports about several web hosting services. This project may be a start of a long term business. I am probably going to hire the best two freelancers that I find; do your best while writing your proposals. My final budget for each report would be $5, and it should be delivered within 48 hours by maximum.
