Shortcode that returns number posts with given hashtag

This is a project that calls the facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram API's and returns the number of posts containing a particular hashtag.

e.g. in the page editor we would type

[hashtag_Count query="#RaleighDTplan"]

And the script would ping the API's and return "34"

Some helpful API code can likely be found using the github Socialist tool:
