Pickup and Deliver some documents to the DUO (Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs)

I need a responsible person (living in or nearby Groningen) who is able to receive a post with some documents on his/her home address and deliver it to the service desk of DUO (Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs) - Address: Kempkensberg 12, 9722 TB, Groningen. In DUO these documents are needed to be legalized on the service desk and afterwards send it back to Spain by "[url removed, login to view]".

All costs (travel and post) will be covered.

In addition, after DUO documents are needed to be legalized with apostile at Groningen District Court (Guyotplein 1).
