Unity 3D smart animator needed

Hi .. we are looking for a 3D unity model developer . The below project is just a start. We have a wide range of exciting 3D unity animation requirements and money is not a constraint for the right person.

However we need someone who has worked on motion data in the past - specifically on Quaternion inputs.

Please refer to the attached image for the expected result of the animation.

Also attached is the sample data file with Quaternion and acceleration inputs (data from a motion sensor) at 20 milliseconds interval.

We would need a model to animate the motion/orientation rendered by the input file.

There would be a robotic arm with motion sensor in it. The movement of the arm needs to be animated basis the quaternion input file. We have not modelled the arm.. Feel free to use any similar version of ur choice. Length of the unit - 1 meter

U can imagine it to be perfectly straight... Pls note that the sensor is placed at the location of a separated shoulder.

Each row represents a change of state compared to the previous one.
