Motion Graphics Designer: Design two instagram ad posts

The objective is to design two instagram posts, that will be shown as an advertisement. The expected format is a short video (4-10 sec).
We promote a mobile app that changes your voice to a celebrity voice. This is pretty similar to Celebrity Voice Changer app ([login to view URL]). Unfortunately, the app is not ready yet, so we can rely only on publicly available content.
The ad may include pictures of people having fun or animation icons of celebrities. We will provide ad texts, as well as a list of celebs with cartoon pictures.
We plan to start the campaign next week, so we expect the first version on Sunday. However, we can discuss the deadlines and change them if necessary.
