Animate rigged character Lips for Unity

Hello,
for a special project we need a characters lips to be animated.
The Character is existing and rigged, it has been created in Maya.
The audio file is in German and about 1:15min long.
We need the character ready to be embedded in Unity (fbx/prefab) within 2-3 days.
While the character is talking he needs to move his arms, but we already got the animation for that.
Please let me know If you can do it asap and I will send you the files.
