Illustrator Cartoonist required for a book

Hi,
I am looking to work with an illustrator/cartoonist to provide the graphics work for a book I will be publishing in November of this year.
Although I want complete copyright over all work provided you will be given full credit in the book in the title pages (not front cover or spine) and within the bio. You will also be allowed to publish your web-site details.
I am looking for someone with the flair and creative skills to add the extra dimension to the book and bring the narrative to life.
I am very keen to have a caricature/cartoon theme thoughout. I really like the style shown in the following link

The book will be printed in Black and White so keeping to a two colour theme as in the examples above would be ok, because we should be able to convert the red and black to dark and light grey.
I expect that it will comprise between 30 and 50 graphics in total.
I think that it will be very important that your written English is excellent since you will need to understand the narrative of the book in order to bring it to life. In addition it would be desireable that your spoken English is comfortable for a conversation.

## Deliverables
Output files will be required in several formats and resolutions for each graphic as well as the original layered filed (if appropriate).
There will also be a requirement to have print standard images.
