I have a NextJS app *with* Server Side Rendering (SSR).
I would like to use Terraform to deploy this to AWS.
In addition, this NextJS app will need to connect to a Postgres RDS database that already exists in a VPC (not publicly accessible).
Will also need a Github Actions CI/CD pipeline.
Note: This is NOT a React app that is only Client Side Rendering (CSR)
