Amazon MWS API help with coding errors returned from Amazon Server

I'm working on a coding project to access Amazon MWS API. I'm getting a error returned from the Amazon server that I need help with.
ERROR MESSAGE :
<Message>The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details.</Message>
Attached files:
1. My Sha256 Hash string before it's is encoded. (Amazon_Hash_String_Not_Signed)
2. Resulting signed string to go to Amazon server (Amazone_Signed_String)
3. Amazon response (Amazon_Response)
I need help resolving the errors so I can access the Amazon API.
I think the issue is with my Sha256HMAC and Base64 HMAC encoding.

Hey man, Why don't you use stack? I mean if you want to pay for help by all means but I would use stackoverflow first.. I'll help you out if you need.
You could use Amazon scratchpad for evaluating your signed request. This is is good for debuging and finding which part is not working
