Predictive Algo

Looking for statistician/ mathematician, with good credentials, to develop a formula for predictive analytics model to be applied to forecasting software in marketing field. Please reply if you are familiar with predictive data modeling using regression techniques.

We will provide a data set and describe different variables at play. In return, you will provide a formula (preferably a working prototype in excel), as well as a thorough explanation of how and why you arrived at this formula.
