Graduate Level Business Writer Required for a Business Project Analysis, Management and Implementation Plan from the context of change management and project management. Project management approach must follow the PMI's - Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
Need efficient academic writer for a masters level business analysis paper that includes a comprehensive needs analysis, identify key management issues, risk assessment, stakeholder identification. Then offer recommendations based on the high level objectives you identify with a performance measure for each objective, outline your strategies to accomplish the objectives along with an action plan outlining what needs to be done.
The business case and will be provided to the awarded freelancer.
This assignment needs to be submitted no later than Friday 4 pm Eastern time (Toronto, Canada) - 11 April. IT CANNOT CONTAIN ANY plagiarism, everything needs to be sited in footnotes (this must be checked against plagiarism).
Document needs to be concise and must be cited using Chicago Footnotes, Arial 11, 1.5 space. Bibliography at the end in Chicago format as well. All claims must be included in footnotes as citations and references used cannot be older than 2000. This research document must have/consist of the following:
Length Words: Maximum 3,000 words (Word count does not include embedded graphics (tables, graphs, matrices), title page or appendices. Appendices can be used to provide supplemental information if required.
All Sources Sited: Chicago Manual of Style
Research Material: Mainly official publications, some internet permitted (less than 10%)
I will provide the case study. Writer will need use a business management approach with a firm understanding of change management and PMBOK Project Management Model. All references needs to be included at the end of the paper using the Chicago format.

1st Milestone - Will be created when paper is awarded (50% of award).
1st Payment - Will be awarded upon receipt of proof of 50% completion of the document.
2nd Milestone - Remaining 50% will be created when the 1st payment is released.
Final Payment - Will be released when paper is 100% complete and all required corrections have been done.
Note: The budget will not be increased after the project is awarded.
