Copy from main doamin to sec domain

Copy the website domain from /public_html

Example :

The main domain is - /public_html = [url removed, login to view]

I want copy this to /public_html/[url removed, login to view]

to sec domain .

copy also the database diffrence between 2 website .

Finaly it's same website but no same domain and database .
