I run a computer repair business. I want some software (preferably a windows service) I can install when servicing a computer / supplying a new computer that will trigger 6 months after install (and every 6 months thereafter) that will pop up a branded reminder with my logo / contact details advising that it has ben 6 months since last service and if they would like a service to contact me for an appointment. User should have option to 'sleep' the reminder.

i will use c#.net 4.5 to create this service.i need your company logo.i can give some additional option if you ask but it will cost $5 for each additional option.
