AD authentication on subpages on website

Info: I have a website running on a internal server. The website is reachable from the internet.
The website is links and information to low security MSI and EXE programs, which are used by company employes.
I need a new subpage(s) on the website with uservalidation against the internal active directory.
So users from a certain group in the active directory are given access without any userintervention, If the users are allready logged on the domain by their windows login
If not member of the group, they are not able to view the page or access any of the subpage folder files.
If not validated, no access either.
I dont know the best practise of doing the above scenario so i need a coder to do this.
