We need a C# front end written for our survey system.
This should be simple, pretty much some database query's, mapping a datagrid, and saving a few values to a database.
Please see the attached program for an example of what we would like it to look like. It doesn't have to match exactly, but just get the general wizard style layout. I'll be glad to provide database and walk through which fields map to which database fields on a page by page basis once we have selected a coder. This should also be a free standing program, not a dll like in the provided example.
Also, and installer is a must!
## Deliverables
The attached project is an example of what we want -- essentially a wizard to walk the user through the process.
The particular project in this file is RMAWizard. The finished program should not be a dll.
