We have created an IOS and Android Augmented Reality app. We need the same to be cloned for Windows 7 and 8 mobile phones.
We use the Catchoom sdk. The link is

The features are simple
1. App opens in camera view
2. Starts scanning in camera view
3. Queries the Catchoom server with captured image
4. Collects Response from catchoom server (yes/no)
5. Displays the url correctly

I had already developed similar kind of requirement for big corporate client. That application needs to scan barcode from camera and exchange data with their server for scanned barcode.
