Check Out modifications in ShopperPress

I would like to hire someone on a hourly bases for my client to modify the following Check Out modifications in ShopperPress.

**Please add two decimal points to the shipping cost so that the two prices will align.

**Please make sure that when two or more items of the same type is added to the shopping cart, it is correctly reflected in the quantity of items ordered.

**Customer can be given the option to (1) by-pass the registration and (2), create his/her own password. For an example:
