AsteriskNOW setup for SIP Provider TelePacific Communicaton/MPower

I need you to setup my inbound and outbound calling in AsteriskNOW. I will also need documentation.

I have included the documentation that TelePacific Communication sent over; TelePacific Communication used to be MPower Communication.
