Desktop form, With Database

Hi there..

Quick Description of my Business: I am a marketing company, I have up to 50 Sales Reps that work for me and i need a Data base for me to keep track of all their clients Details.

Following should be on the GUI Application:

Add Sales Rep > Name , Last Name , Contact Number > Sales Rep Added in Database

Search Sales Rep > Dropbox > List of sales Reps> Click on a Sales Rep > Show Sales Reps Clients> Print List in Report Format

Delete Sales Rep> Dropbox > List of Sales Rep > Click on Sales Rep > Sales Rep Deleted > Bin Folder

Add Client Details > Dropbox> List of Sales Reps > Click on Sales Rep> Add following data to Sales Rep's database >Family Name ,Given Name, Contact Number , Course Type , Drivers Licence , Medicare/Passport , Date Listed.

Constant Graph > Show in graph format which sales Rep has the most clients.

Weekly Graph > Show graph format which sales Rep Has the most clients in a Weekly Basis.

Monthly Graph > Show graph format which sales Rep Has the most clients in a Monthly Basis.

Print All Clients > Choose from specific Dates eg: 1/05/2013 to 10/05/2013 > Print Report

First, I will need to Add my Sales Reps Details on this Application> Which will allow me to add their; Name , Last Name , Contact Number.

So on the Form, I want to be able to search up a Specific Sales Rep, and see all their client details in a Report.

How it works?

1. First , I want to be able to Click on "Sales Rep" , Drop Box which will then show me a list of all my sales reps.

2. Then When i click on a Sales Rep, It should then lead me to their Data base, which will allow me to add clients details in their category.

(Clients Details required are; Family Name ,Given Name, Contact Number , Course Type , Drivers Licence , Medicare/Passport, Date Listed) < This should be shown in a table, and should be able to viewed in a report and able to be printed.

I will then need to be able to keep track on my Sales Reps performances. Graph's should show which sales rep has the most clients.

This should be available in a Weekly, Monthly, and constant basis.

I will need to be able to print out all clients details, choosing from which date Starting, to the date ending. Eg: Clients from 1/05/2013 to 10/05/2013.

If you recommend anything else that needs to be on this application, feel free to add to it.
