Design a Website Mockup

I would like to have a preexisting template redesigned--minor changes to the the "NUCLEARE" blogger theme.

This template is available online and I would simply need the code modified to rearrange where the tags are located, the amount of text that is shown per post before the jump break, adjust the header so that the image and text are separate, and updating the social media tags on each post.
