Design of Service Website

I need a new design for a website that will sell content writing services. As you can see from my profile, my current site is lacking in many areas.

What I need:

1. Site Design and Coding - I will provide the copy.

2. Logo if possible

3. Quick turnaround time and upload to my server.

- I am not looking for complex; simple will do just fine.
