Build an Online Store

I require an online store to be built - not using wordpress as it is difficult for me to use. I need to be able to edit the content myself and make general changes, so I do not want a static website. The price is fixed and bids over the maximum will not be considered. I have a general format you can follow (a similar store online already). You will need to host the site on your server during the build phrase, as I want to test the functionality of the website, to ensure it works correctly. Payment will only be on accepting the website. A milestone will be set up.
