Create a forum that I can plug in to my existing website

I have a website and I have the traffic, now I need a forum where users can post their questions for me to answer.
Here are the requirements for this forum:
1) Users must register
2) There must be a way that they can "donate" so they get their question answered faster
3) The donation part needs to be secure and go to my paypal account with a way for me to get notified by e-mail that someone has donated.
4) I need to be able to manage the forum myself. (I have basic html & website building skills)
5) This forum must integrate seamlessly into my website, and I must be able to do it myself with minimal time invested. Anything that I could just "Plug in" would be great.
6) This forum needs to keep all questions archived and searchable.
