I need a banner create for my website so i can offer advertisment in that section. i dont want to manually insert the codes from my end. since i dont know too much about html. i want the client to be able to upload the link and codes by themselves. banner ad advertisment would be based on a yearly fee. so i would also need that incooperated. i also need them to get a monthly report of how many clients they receive from the ad. lowest bid wins. thnks for taking the time to look at my auction
