Custom Button Inserted to Big Cartel Template Shopping Cart

Hello.
We are currently using the Big Cartel templates to use the following website - [url removed, login to view]
We would like to add an option "Text To Go On Garment" field in the shopping cart so our clients can write the name/text they require on the custom t-shirt they order when checking out.
The template seems to be powered by CSS so as such we are looking for a quotation to add a button to the shopping cart powered by Big Cartel.
