Code Pre-designed Pages Into Our Website Using Ruby on Rails

We had our designer create Illustrator mockups for new pages to add to our website ([url removed, login to view]), but we need someone to code them to the site using Ruby on Rails. The pages are fairly simple and the code is clean on the backend -- here's a sample of one of the new pages we need to have coded. [url removed, login to view] (password: rework)
