Create a mirror image

Very simply, I need you to duplicate this website for me. [url removed, login to view] - nothing looks overly complicated, but getting it all to fit nicely, get the forms to work, and make things simple enough for me to update in the future (I know BASIC: html & graphic design (gimp)).

by updating i am referring to text, replacing the link to the youtube videos, perhaps the buttons running down the left hand side, and top menu bar.
