Create Static ASP Pages from existing website

I need someone to create static ASP pages using a site that is currently a .NET/ASPX site. It’s almost as simple as viewing the HTML source, then creating ASP pages from this.

Reqts

- Keep the same CSS/HTML/Design layout

- Rename the pages with same name, just change the “.aspx” extension to “.asp”

Pages:

- Home

- About (see link on footer)

- Privacy (see link on footer)

- Terms and Conditions (see link on footer)

- Disclaimer (see link on footer)

- Contact Us (see link on footer)

- Nutrition - [url removed, login to view]

- FAQ - [url removed, login to view]

- Ask Your Trainer - [url removed, login to view]

- ShoppingCart - [url removed, login to view]

- Login - [url removed, login to view]

Modify Pages:

- Home – remove the javascript pop-up for the video and replace with the following iframe code

New Page - Registration page: This will be a typical registration form page to collect user information with the following fields:

Text fields

o First Name

o Last Name

o Email Address

o Email Address2

o Age

o Weight

o City

o State (drop-down)

o ZIP/Postal code

o Country

Drop-Downs (these need to be populated with values)

o Height (Feet)

o Gender

 Male

 Female

o State – populated with US states, US Provinces (i.e. Puerto Rico)

o Country – populated with Countries

o Security Question – this DOES NOT need to be pre-populated
