**I am looking for a graphics designer who is skilled and knowledgeable in designing templates based on the Smarty Web Template Engine.**
I need a creative, experienced graphic designer to custom make a Smarty web template for a website that I have.
You will have to come up with the concept for the website design after I explain my requirements to you. After designing, I will require the files to the design and i will need you to customize the template onto the website. I will need you to make sure that the design fits the site perfectly.
Requirements:
* Good communicating in English as I will need to communicate the concept that I am looking for.
* Experienced in graphics designing and website designing
* Able to complete the project within a week.
