Art Director - Coordinating Visual Side Of A News Website Design

We are looking for a person to coordinate the process of designing the visual side of a news website project.
Tasks involved:
Designing a general visual concept for the website
Designing website layout in accord with our outlines and the visual concept
Selecting graphic designers suitable for work on various elements of the project
Supervision and coordination graphic designers’ work
Presentation of concepts and project elements and implementation of changes
Required Skills:
Experience in design of news websites
Experience with conversion optimization techniques
Experience with managing a team of graphic designers
Wide contacts with graphic designers and ability to organize a good team of designers
All applicants are required to provide us with a portfolio of their work. We are only interested in examples of work that was similar to our project, particularly any examples of news websites a candidate worked on. Each project should also have a brief description describing a candidate’s role in the project and his duties. Any other work demonstrating a candidate’s experience with skills described above will be appreciated.
