Looking for a high level great designer! I expect moderate to heavy design time (not light)
Looking for a clean layout but effective website redesign for a small marketing company on a tight budget. Entire site needs to be designed to excel at seo performance. You will likely be managing the monthly maintenance but I need to understand how to run the CMS system (either Joomla or Drupal.)
Site needs to be professional, creative, but clean looking
Large Site Banner: needs to be creative, different, flash like banner (but optimized for seo) with about 4 different banners
Site needs to be scalable it will eventually need employee and customer log in but not required at this stage.

Pay close attention to the website samples these are sites that we really like. Your site design should bring the same level of quality, creative and intelligent design. You will need to provide PROOF of similar sites you have done.

Color Scheme,
Sites should either be primarily black or white with using a bit of pink. The company is Pink Rhino Media so this should be incorporated into the design scheme.
In Addition:
1. Prefered method is Drupal
2. One of the pages will feature "Template" wordpress websites for purchase. I will need approximately 15 'template' wordpress websites to be listed on the Template Website page. If your templates are picked you will recieve the work to do them.
Include this in your price.
