Customize CTI function of Activa TAPI with freepbx for screen pop-ups

We require an experienced freelancer to customize CTI/TAPI integration (e.g. Activa) of freepbx with Windows CRM system called CAS Genesis. The CTI must call a call initiated feature recognized by CAS to open up detail window (screen pop-up) with client information.
