Animated Text Overlay

I need some very simple animated/kinetic text that I can overlay over an existing video. This would require no editing to the video itself, but just the creation of the animated text that I can easily add to my video. Would require creating the various text sections as separate files(approx. 4) so I can control the timing and placement of the text.

I will provide the video so you can control the placement of the text and a mockup of where the text should be placed.
