Assess user experience for a website

The employer is looking for a freelancer that will go through his website (still under construction and built in Wordpress) in order to assess and evaluate user experience.

The freelancer will provide a document containing feedback, suggestions and explanations for those suggestions, to enhance the user experience on the employer's site.
