Arabic translation of 2000 words

Need to translate 2000 words from English to Arabic (for international use).
The 2000 words are divided to 450 prompts that are used by telephone system as a menu for a caller. (About 200 of these prompts are numbers and dates)
The translator will get an excel spread sheet that each row on the table is a separate prompt that need to be translated to Arabic.
The translator will also get a word document that shows the flow of the prompts so he can understand which prompt is coming after which and translate them accordingly (only the excel need to be translated).
The translation need to be the shortest, most accurate, and the easiest to understand translation possible, and most important it should make sense considering the call flow.
