Academic thesis writing (translation studies)

I am looking for someone who has translation studies/linguistic background to re-write my referred translation project. I have comments from the examiners, and I hope you can fix the preface and annotations following their feedback accordingly. The ideal person should at least have a translation-related/linguistic postgraduate qualification and proof of excellence in academic writing. As this is an English-into-Chinese translation project, it would be great that the thesis writer has knowledge of Chinese language but it is not essential. If you are interested, please contact me.
