Call center needed for incoming/outbound calls

We have a need for a telemarketing call center to perform 2 separate functions for us.

#1 - Accept our inbound responses from voice broadcasting. We will be running several campaigns in different industries. Your main function will be to collect the inbound prospect's information (ie. name, phone, email, possibly postal address). These prospects will be the recipients of an automated phone call that delivers a recorded message to the prospect and they will press 1 to request more information - that is when they will be transferred to your center. The call center agent would also be responsible for delivering a very short script and then ending the call - no selling! This data would be immediately emailed or databased.

* we would prefer you have experience taking inbound calls from voice broadcasting.

* you will need the ability to take multiple calls at one time. We can provide a schedule.

*we plan to start small but prefer to work with someone who has the ability to scale out the program.

#2- This is a simple outbound call that needs to be placed after we receive an internet lead. You will be in charge of calling the prospect soon after the lead is received. Your objective will be to act as our virtual assistant. You will confirm with them that we received their request and proceed to complete the contact data we need to collect from them and then deliver a very short script to end the call.

I am selecting a small budget for now to get the project started. Budget is not yet determined and will grow.
