This assignment develops around the last two lectures (4 and 5) developed in class.

You are requested to develop the early phases of bidding requirements (including: invitation and instructions to bidders) and estimates/costing elements (based on quantity take-off and lump- sums/unit pricing-estimates cost based on the square footage/meter)

This is an individual assignment where students are encouraged to develop collaborative skills by elaborating role playing of architect (firm) - client and vice-versa.

This assignment will help you elaborate the early stages of bidding preparation and estimates costing for the senior project you are undertaking as the practice project for this course.
