Digital Sneaker Marketplace for UK and EU

I need a programmer to build an app that would allow users to buy and sell limited sneakers (shoes from Adidas, Nike etc.). Buyers would be sure that the shoes are genuine and sellers will be receiving the best price. There are apps similar to the proposed in the US (e.g: GOAT and StockX). However, I have noticed a gap in the market to bring this type of app into the UK and European market. People living in the UK and EU cannot resell their sneakers for a good price without relying on the US - based apps. However, using GOAT or StockX brings problems such as:

- shipping to the US takes a very long time.

- high shipping costs.

- Currency Conversion between $ to £ or $ to Euro.

A clearer description of the app will be provided. If anyone is interested in collaborating with me on this project, then please get in touch and we can discuss the next step to implementing my idea.I am planning on starring out with a web-based and iOS application. This could potentially be a very large project and I would be happy to co-start a company. Also, I am based in Edinburgh, Scotland so a meet up would be great.
