I need the source code in C# and Lisp of an application that makes the interaction between AutoCAD and C# (Windows Forms).
It is necessary that the program runs on all versions of AutoCAD (at least since 2007)
The application:
1. Create a link to open a version of autocad with my own toolbar with buttons.
2. This toolbar must have an example for adding blocks and properties using windows that execute functions from C# code.
3. Finally, an AutoCAD command to select all the draw and read all the blocks and their properties, and send all that information to a C# function that will be sent to a database.
