Cross platform GUI for Arduino project

I need a UI than can discover Multiple Arduino's through an xbee digimesh 2.4 ghz Wireless controller. After discovery I need one of the digital outs to send data to (4) 8-bit Serial-In/Parallel-Out shift registers turning them all high momentarily and read the input (4) 8-bit Parallel-In/Serial-Out, then display the data collected as a group of radio buttons. If the data was 1 then the radio button is accessible, if the data was 0 the associated radio button is not accessible.

I need to be able to select the accessible buttons and then shift in the data to the shift controller and turn on individual parallel lines based on radio buttons selected. Once the button has been used it is no longer accessible.

I would like a main window which contains a sub window for each individual node.
