Answering Client Calls for Germany - Sales Agent

STOK Engineering is an entrepreneurial Bulgarian machine-manufacturing company. We manufacture donut machines, wine dispensers, and industrial equipment for food and beverage producers. We are looking for a representative for Germany to answer emails and phone calls from small business owners and inform them of product pricing and features. We will provide full description of our products and services, and templates for communicating with potential clients.
The position does not require sourcing clients or inquiries - we generate a small volume of inquiries (1-5 per week on average) through our website. However, we would strongly prefer agents who demonstrate eagerness to engage in some degree of market research and in sourcing additional potential buyers (i.e. research pricing of the competition, make in-person offers to local vendors, set up ad postings on relevant media, and so on).
Compensation is competitive and based on performance according to an agreed-upon formula. We have experience in applying this model successfully to Italy, and seek to extend to other Western-European markets.
