Activate pinax stripe application in my django pinax website

I am developing a web application in django. I have installed pinax-stripe in the application. Both front end and backend seems to be working alright. However, i am not able to create payment plans from admin panel. There is not much documentation avaible on the pinax stripe module's website. So I want someone who can fix this for me.
