Customized Prestashop module development

Our website is developed based on the Prestashop (v1.6.0.14) default theme and is for selling and delivering takeout foods from local restaurants. We need a customized checkout & delivery module that has the following functions:

1. calculate shipping fee based on the distance from store to customer using google api.

(1) back office can setup a table of shipping rate for different ranges of distance (e.g., 0-5 mile: $5; 5-10 mile: $8; 10-20 mile: $22; >20 mile: $35)

(2) The total distance and corresponding shipping fee should show at the checkout page and the shipping fee is added to the total amount at checkout and written into the order confirmation email.

(3) The module below is a good example except that it can’t calculate distance for multiple stores.

2. allow customer to select delivery time at checkout.

(1) back office can setup the available delivery date and time slots (e.g. 11am-12pm, 3pm-4pm) and the font office will see two dropdown menus at checkout. The first dropdown menu is for selecting delivery date, and the second dropdown menu is for selecting delivery time slots.

(2) Back office can set a minimum cutoff time. (e.g., if a 2 hours cutoff time is set, the order placed time has to be 2 hours before the delivery time)

(3) For same day delivery, the module can automatically disable unavailable time slots based on the order placed time and cutoff time. (e.g., if a 2 hours cutoff is set and the available delivery time slots are 11am-12pm and 3pm-4pm, the time slot 11am-12pm should be disabled and not shown in the front office if a customer places an order at 10am)

(4) Back office can disable delivery service on selected dates.

(5) The delivery date and time are included in the back office order information and shown in the order confirmation email that sent to customers.

(6) Back office can set a maximum number of orders that are allowed in one time slot. When the maximum number is reach, a customer who chooses that time slot will see a warning message at checkout.

(7) The following module is a good example, but it can't automatically disable unavailable time slots.

3. Restrict one order can only purchase products from one store

(1) Each category below the home category corresponds to one local store on our website. Restrict that one can only purchase products from one category (one store) at one time.

(2) When a customer selects products from two different categories, a popup window will show a warning message that can be edited in the back office.

(3) The category (store) name will be shown at checkout and also shown in the order confirmation email.

(4) Include the category (store) name in the back office order page and the print out pdf.

4. The module needs to support multi languages.
