Change existing website to wordpress + redesign

We are looking for a person to change a simple php food website to wordpress and redesign it. I will have to be able to edit all sections in wordpress.
* Must be clean looking with simple but effective design ([url removed, login to view] is a good example of this)
* Must be fast loading so minimal number of graphics, yet still look great
* Have very clear and intuitive menu structure so that navigation around the site is very easy
If you are interested in bidding, please supply a comprehensive portfolio that includes at least two Wordpress based projects by PM and details about your skills. Bids without a portfolio will be disregarded.

Chop Chop to [url removed, login to view] - This is what has to be changed to wordpress.
ChopChop1 + ChopChop2 - This we want just design.
I will need the project to have these details:
* Valid HTML/CSS (good structured and commented)
* SEO Friendly
* Optimized images
* Compatible with most of browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari)
