Modify our PHP-Login script to
1) add new fields
radio button - 3,6,9,12 options
text field drop down - sales rep
filename - upload logo image
number field - credit limit
2) Ensure new field are not visible to the user
3) Admin user - when adding a new 'user' to be able to add and edit all fields of that user including the new fields
4) Add an another user - Sales rep... Sales Rep has the same privileges as Admin except they can only view customers which 'sales rep' field = this 'Sales Rep' user.
