We are a small web agency and very often need php HIGH expert developers

We have a website with a db having news (website build in wordpress)
You must create a custom php file code, to generate a pdf having news list inside, will b like a simple newspaper. We give a simple pdf design, we want something like this.
IT IS CUSTOM CODE TO DO OUTSIDE WORDPRESS, 1 php code file ONLY
There is a little more dev also : need to add a banner image in this pdf, and...
