Cali health insurance

am looking to hire an uploader. The project will be helping us design a website to help customers shop for health ins in the state of california. If all goes well i have many other sites that I will need help with after this one. I am also interested in hiring a team of people not an individual. I only have 20 dollars in my account as of now but will have additional funds transferred from paypal in 3 days. I can pay 20 upfront and the rest when it clears my bank account. Here is a list of what I need help with

- We have the design template completed already and HTML

- We have 10 articles completed already and are in Word format

- Need to have the PHP team create the 10 new PHP pages

- Each page must have header and footer include files

- PHP team will take code from [url removed, login to view] and make the form onthe site function properly

- PHP team will place the code from [url removed, login to view] into the footer include
