We are looking to developing a web based CRM and Project Management System that is as user friendly as Microsoft CRM, has a lot of the features of goldmine/ACT and is similar to online solutions such as [url removed, login to view] .
Specifically, this will track projects from the initial interest through to signing of contract and receipt of payment. It will allow workers to manage their timetable and show them the tasks needed to get the project done and will allow managers to manage the service targets and contractual requirements for each client.
I would like this to be modular so we can start off small and add new features as we go along. Its also essential that this is very user friendly so things such as javascript would be good to improve the user interface.
